How much does an integration project cost?
Most clients start with a fixed-price Integration Health Check (£1,950–£2,950), which produces a scoped, fixed-price plan. Build Sprints typically run £8,000–£20,000 depending on scope. You'll always have a fixed price before we start.
How long does it take?
A Health Check is usually completed within one to two weeks. Sprints are scope-locked and timeboxed — typically a few weeks — and we agree the timeline up front.
Do you really work to a fixed price?
Yes. That's why we insist on a paid audit first: it lets us scope accurately and commit to a fixed price and scope. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, never silently absorbed.
Is our data safe with you?
We treat your systems and credentials as confidential, are happy to sign an NDA, and follow least-privilege access. Cyber Essentials certification is on our near-term roadmap.
