Salesforce Integration Consultant (UK)

You have Salesforce, but it lives on an island — finance, ecommerce, marketing and your back-office systems still talk to it by hand. We're a vendor-neutral, UK-based Salesforce integration consultant: we connect it all properly, pick the right approach for your stack and budget, and deliver to a fixed price you agree before we build.

Yes. APIwise is a UK-based, vendor-neutral Salesforce integration consultant. We connect Salesforce to finance (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage), ecommerce, marketing and bespoke systems, choose the right approach for each — AppExchange package, iPaaS or custom Apex/API — build sandbox-first, and deliver to a fixed, scope-locked price with full documentation and handover.

01Why it matters

Salesforce only pays back when it's the connected hub of your business — yet many orgs run on CSV exports, duplicate data entry and brittle one-off connectors that break on the next release. The result is stale pipeline numbers, finance and sales disagreeing on revenue, and quote-to-cash that stalls in manual handoffs.

What you get

  • Quote-to-cash that flows automatically from closed-won opportunity to raised, reconciled invoice — no rekeying between Salesforce and your finance system
  • A single, trusted customer record: ecommerce, marketing and bespoke systems all reading from and writing to Salesforce, with deduplication and clear field mapping
  • The right architecture for your stack and budget — chosen vendor-neutrally, so you're not over-paying for an enterprise iPaaS you don't need
  • Integrations that survive Salesforce releases, with clean metadata, documentation and monitoring you or any partner can maintain

Finance integration (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)

Sync accounts, invoices, payments and credit status between Salesforce and your accounting system so quote-to-cash flows end to end — closed-won opportunity through to invoice raised and paid — without rekeying.

Ecommerce, marketing and bespoke systems

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) and your own in-house apps to Salesforce, with clear field mapping, deduplication rules and a single trusted customer record.

The right approach, honestly chosen

An AppExchange package where a proven connector fits, iPaaS (Workato, MuleSoft, Make, Zapier) for multi-system orchestration, or custom Apex and the REST/Bulk API when you need control. We tell you which — and why — before you spend a penny on build.

Sandbox-first delivery and handover

Everything is built and tested in a Salesforce sandbox, deployed via change sets or SFDX, and handed over with documentation, monitoring and error handling. You get clean metadata you or any future partner can maintain — no lock-in.

02How we work
01

Audit

We start with a fixed-price Integration Health Check: we map your Salesforce org, objects, existing automations and the systems around it, surface the manual workarounds and integration risks, then hand you a prioritised roadmap and a scope-locked build proposal. No open-ended discovery.

02

Scope

We agree exactly what gets connected, the approach for each integration (package, iPaaS or custom Apex/API), the field mappings, sync direction and edge cases — then lock the price. You know the full cost and outcome before we build anything.

03

Build and test in sandbox

We build in a dedicated Salesforce sandbox, never in production. We test against real data scenarios — duplicates, partial failures, API limits — add error handling and monitoring, then deploy via change sets or SFDX once you've signed off.

04

Handover and care

You receive documentation, the monitoring setup and a walkthrough for your team. Integrations are designed to survive Salesforce's three annual releases. An optional Care & Connect retainer keeps everything monitored and maintained, with any out-of-scope work quoted, never silently absorbed.

03FAQ
Should I use an AppExchange connector or a custom integration?

It depends on the systems and your requirements. If a mature AppExchange package covers your need (many Xero, QuickBooks and Mailchimp connectors do), it's usually the cheapest and fastest route — and we'll recommend it. For multi-system orchestration we often use iPaaS; for complex logic or tight control we build with Apex and the Salesforce REST/Bulk API. The Health Check tells you which fits.

Can you integrate Salesforce with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage?

Yes. We connect Salesforce to your accounting system so accounts, opportunities, invoices and payment status stay in sync, enabling true quote-to-cash. We use a proven connector where one fits well, or build a custom sync via the accounting platform's API where you need more control.

Do you build in production or a sandbox?

Always sandbox-first. We develop and test every integration in a Salesforce sandbox against realistic data, including failure cases and API limits, then deploy to production via change sets or SFDX only after you've reviewed and signed off. Your live org is never our workbench.

What does a Salesforce integration cost?

Our fixed-price Integration Health Check is £1,950–£2,950 and produces a scope-locked build quote; the fee is credited against the build if you proceed within 90 days. Most integration builds fall in the £8,000–£20,000 range depending on the number of systems and the approach. These are indicative UK ranges, not a quote.
